Gently Used

Sun & Ski reserves a section of the store for resale of gently used customer apparel that was originally sold by Sun & Ski. Here are our guidelines for this program:

•Sun & Ski will decide on the selection of merchandise placed on consignment, depending on a number of factors including age, condition, marketability, price category, current store inventory of consignment merchandise.

•We will consult with consignor on the appropriate selling price.

•Sun & Ski may contact the consignor at any time to request consignor to pick up unsold merchandise, or, at consignor discretion, we will donate the item to local charity. Consignor may remove unsold merchandise from our consignment at any time before the merchandise is sold.

•Sun and Ski will retain 25% of the sold price of the consignment apparel; the consignor will receive 75% of the sold price in the form of a store credit, valid to be applied against any purchase at Sun & Ski.

•We will notify the consignor when merchandise has been sold as soon as we are able; consignor can also call to inquire about status of merchandise at any time.

Donate A Used Jacket or Coat for $10 Credit

If you have a jacket or coat that was originally purchased at Sun & Ski, you can donate it through Sun & Ski to a local charity and receive a $10 credit toward purchase of a new jacket or coat at Sun & Ski at the same time as the donation is made. This credit offer may not be used in combination with other discounts or against sale merchandise.
Sun & Ski will provide a donation receipt for tax deduction filing.
